Appiness is based on new theories from The Science of Happiness, UC Berkeley, California. Scientists now believe that true happiness cannot be bought for money, acquired through fame or by reading self-help books. Happiness can be experienced by developing yourself and your relationships as well as by learning to control your own thoughts and actions. Happiness is simply like a muscle. It will get stronger with exercise.
Appiness contains 21 challenges you can take on in your daily life. The first 5 are for free. The challenges level of difficulty increase progressively and there is a suggested time limit to each challenge.
